Firm Values

Hancock.Law aspires to provide effective and ethical representation to a large number of clients who have been the victims of timeshare developers and timeshare-exit companies. We are a new law firm, and we aspire to grow in a sustainable manner.

Loyalty

As the firm grows, we will remain committed to our fundamental values of loyalty and transparency.

We are loyal to our clients: We are loyal only to our clients. Unlike many law firms that take payment from timeshare-exit companies, we receive payment only from our clients. We succeed financially only by consistently delivering value to our clients.

Accountability

We are accountable to our clients: We regularly measure client satisfaction, and we publish the results to our clients. We provide all clients with an opportunity to review a portfolio of the work we have done for other clients. We provide each client with a timeline during which we expect to accomplish the client’s goal, and we are always prepared to give an update on the progress of a client’s case.

Timeshare Exit Team

On February 4, 2020, the Washington State Attorney General filed a complaint against Reed Hein & Associates, d/b/a Timeshare Exit Team. The chief law-enforcement officer in the State of Washington is asking the Court to shut down the company. At Hancock.Law, we filed our first complaint against Timeshare Exit Team one month earlier, on January 2, 2020.

If you think your legal rights might be affected by the contents of the Attorney General’s complaint or if you want to talk about other aspects of timeshare ownership, contact us to schedule a free consultation. We enjoy talking with prospective clients.

Representation Model

At Hancock.Law, we believe that honest representation begins with an honest representation agreement.

Under the terms of the representation agreement that we sign with clients, we succeed financially only if we deliver value to clients on an ongoing basis. To learn more about our representation model, call us at 24/7 at (206) 785-7019.
